The 1930s house has recently been refurbished providing comfortable, contemporary accommodation with rural views.

Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player and tea-tray.

A small selection of DVDs, books and magazines are on hand.

If you are traveling with your laptop and it is WiFi enabled we can make the connection to the internet.

The dining room together with crockery and cutlery are available should you wish to bring back a takeway.

Why not take a long weekend break and use the Knot Garden as a base from which to explore and discover all that Great Torrington has to offer. The RHS Gardens Rosemoor is 3 miles away. The Torrington 1646 experience (a living history museum) and Dartington Crystal factory are both within walking distance. Only half a mile away is the Tarka Trail, an off road cycling and walking route of some 30 miles between Meeth and Braunton on the coast. There are also the many pathways that cross the Common land surrounding Torrington, providing walks with spectacular views across the countryside and the river Torridge far below.
